TAPE – Kitchen Contest

Pastor Ricky Pillay put forth the idea of creating an event that highlights the 5 fold ministry in a fun way. Thereby emphasizing its use in the context of our daily jobs and how these personality types interact. Thus began the journey in Mervin Govender crafting “TAP²E Kitchen Contest”

Teams compete against each other in front of a live, participating audience. The team that sells the most starters & desserts while being judged on a variety of other factors, wins the prize at the end.

The 5 fold ministry (T.A.P.P.E), applied to the work environment:

• Teachers – Training & Development
• Apostles – Innovators
• Prophets – Administrators
• Pastors – Customer Service /Caregivers
• Evangelists – Sales
